Auto Design Specialties offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 15 days of delivery. All item(s) must be returned in brand new condition including all parts, paperwork and packing. Shipping charges will  not refunded  if the return was not due to our error. Any chrome merchandise sent back to us damaged due to your neglect or an item that has been installed will may not be returned.  If  you receive a  damaged item you must report it to the carrier. Please contact info@autodesignspecialties.com with any questions you might have. ( We advise you to have a professional install your part if you are not  mechanical. )
